RARE Property Advisory is looking for a smart, presentable, and sharp Client Advisory & Growth Associate to work closely with the founder on premium real estate advisory, client handling, property shortlisting, presentations, site visits, and growth support. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn the luxury real estate advisory space closely and work directly with HNI/NRI clients, developers, property owners, and partners. Role will include: Supporting client conversations and advisory work Preparing property shortlists and client notes Creating presentations and property briefs Coordinating site visits and follow-ups Speaking with builders, owners, brokers, and partners Supporting market research and growth activities Working directly with the founder on day-to-day execution Were looking for someone who is: Presentable, confident, and well-spoken Strong in English communication Comfortable speaking to premium/HNI clients Good at presentations and basic research Organized, proactive, and willing to learn Based in Chennai and available for on-site work Experience: 13 years preferred. Smart freshers from good colleges, MBA/UG backgrounds, hospitality, client servicing, luxury retail, real estate, interiors, or related fields can also apply.
