Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, inquiries, and support requests professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and customer concerns.
Assist customers with their queries and ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution and timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and service requests.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication during every customer interaction.
