About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Make daily outbound calls to customers, prospects, and existing leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and project updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage and update customer data and lead records in Excel/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team when required.
- Handle customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Track daily follow-ups and maintain sales activity reports.
- Reconnect with old customers and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
