About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers through LinkedIn and email outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, initiating conversations, and creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other research platforms.
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn messages and personalized cold emails.
Engage with senior stakeholders including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Directors, and VPs.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain outreach records and track daily activity metrics.
Continuously optimize messaging and prospecting strategies.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, inside sales, or business development.
Professionals who have worked extensively on LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
Candidates with experience sending personalized cold emails manually.
Individuals who have successfully booked meetings for sales or business development teams.
Strong communicators with excellent written and spoken English.
Candidates from non-technical backgrounds should have worked with IT, SaaS, software services, or technology-related offerings.
