Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with design specifications.

1. Plan and execute project activities in accordance with approved designs and project requirements.

1. Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations.

1. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

1. Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency at the site.

1. Ensure timely completion of project milestones and site activities.

Other requirements

1. Strong knowledge of civil engineering design and engineering principles.

1. Experience in site planning, execution, and site management.

1. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,08,000 - 2,35,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
