The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution • Assist in preparing project schedules, milestones, and resource plans with the Project Manager. • Oversee site execution across civil, interior, and MEP works, ensuring alignment with drawings and BOQs. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower productivity to minimize rework and delays. • Conduct regular site and coordination meetings with engineers, supervisors, and contractors.2. Stakeholder Coordination • Act as a bridge between the Project Manager, consultants, and clients for smooth communication. • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and vendors for design clarifications and approvals. • Manage client expectations, address concerns, and share timely progress updates.3. Quality & Compliance • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups before execution. • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and statutory codes. • Enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and report any site safety issues.4. Monitoring & Reporting • Maintain detailed reports on project progress, material usage, and site challenges. • Track project schedules against baselines and recommend corrective measures. • Prepare MIS reports, change orders, RFIs, and documentation for billing support.5. Vendor & Subcontractor Management • Oversee subcontractor performance and verify deliverables. • Track material deliveries and ensure compliance with technical specifications. • Support vendor negotiations and verify contractor bills against site progress.6.
