We are seeking an expert Flooring and Finishing Engineer to lead the premium interior fit-out and finishing phases of our luxury high-rise apartment project. You will oversee all flooring operations (tiling, marble, wooden, epoxy), plastering, painting, and joinery to ensure flawless, defect-free handovers to our residents. Flooring Execution: Supervise all flooring works, including sub-floor preparation, screeding, leveling, and the precise installation of tiles, marble, granite, and wooden flooring.Interior Finishes: Oversee wall plastering, false ceilings, waterproofing, painting, and door/window frame fixing.Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous stage-by-stage quality checks to ensure perfect alignment, zero lippage, and strict compliance with architectural mock-ups.Snagging & Handover: Identify and rectify any finishing defects or snags prior to final unit handover.Contractor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, monitor daily site progress, and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.Material Management: Calculate material requirements (BOQ), track inventory, and minimize wastage of premium finishing materials.Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designsExecute project based on outlined criteria Qualification Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Experience: Minimum 3-10years of hands-on experience in finishing and flooring for high-rise residential apartment projects.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern construction materials, finishing methodologies, and industry-standard quality parameters.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent team management, and solid vendor coordination skills.Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills
