Key responsibilities

1. End-to-End Video Production: Lead the planning and execution of video shoots across multiple brands, ensuring each project aligns with distinct brand identities and campaign objectives.

1. Cinematography & Visual Direction: Own camera operations, framing, lighting, and composition to deliver high-quality, visually compelling content across formats.

1. Production Setup & Management: Manage complete shoot setups including equipment, lighting, locations, and on-set coordination to ensure efficient and professional production environments.

1. Post-Production Excellence: Edit and refine video content, including color grading, sound design, and final output optimization for various platforms.

1. Multi-Brand Consistency: Adapt creative execution to suit different brand tonality while maintaining a consistent standard of quality across all outputs.

1. Content Optimization: Deliver platform-specific edits for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels, ensuring maximum engagement and performance.

1. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to translate concepts into high-impact visual storytelling.

1. Work across multiple brands in domains related to skincare, wellness and jewellery owned by the company, contributing to a wide range of creative and marketing requirements.
