What will you Do?

• Conduct comprehensive internet research to gather external data sources and leverage them to enrich our company's internal data.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions and formulas to analyze, manipulate, and validate large datasets efficiently.
• Develop and maintain data enrichment processes, including company domain enrichment and matching against CRM data using fuzzy matching techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality standards and establish best practices for data enrichment and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, such as duplicate records, inconsistent data formats, and missing values.
• Perform data cleansing activities, including data standardization, normalization, and deduplication.
• Evaluate and validate data from internet sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data enrichment techniques to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Document data enrichment processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference and training purposes.

What will you need?

• 2+ years of experience in Chinese Language.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in data enrichment processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
