Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination between engineering, content, growth, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, and pre-reads, while documenting decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Support leadership by managing priorities, drafting communications, coordinating with external stakeholders, and handling strategic administrative tasks.
- Establish and maintain operational rhythms, including weekly reviews, sprint syncs, and performance check-ins.
- Own and drive special projects, such as hiring initiatives, vendor management, process improvements, and cross-functional launches, from planning to execution.
