Ltd. is a growing organization in the automotive spare parts industry with a strong presence in distribution, and e-commerce. We are looking for a result-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) who can take ownership of financial controls, compliance, profitability monitoring, and management reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting

• Preparation and finalization of Monthly Profit & Loss Account (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Daily profitability monitoring and reporting to management.
• Bank statement reconciliation and monitoring of cash flow.
• Verification and control of cash balances across business operations.
• Preparation of financial MIS reports and management dashboards.Taxation & Compliance
• Filing and review of GST Returns.
• Filing and review of TDS Returns.
• Coordination and support for Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining compliance calendars.
• Liaising with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.Cost Accounting & Profitability Analysis
• Product-wise and business-wise profitability analysis.
• Cost accounting and cost control mechanisms.
• Monitoring operational expenses and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Establishing financial limits and expenditure controls.Internal Controls & Audit
• Conducting internal audits and process reviews.
• Strengthening financial controls and compliance systems.
• Identifying financial risks and implementing corrective measures.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.Financial Planning & Control
• Monitoring budgets versus actual performance.
• Price control and margin analysis across products and business units.
• Supporting management in strategic financial decision-making.
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, and Compliance.
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Cost Accounting and Profitability Analysis.
• Knowledge of Internal Audit and Financial Controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting/ERP Software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Qualification
