Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Channel Partner Executive to expand and manage our partner network. The role involves onboarding new channel partners, nurturing relationships, and driving admissions/revenue growth through effective collaboration and partner support.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners to expand the institutional partner network.
- Educate partners about university programs, courses, admission process, and key benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Collaborate with partners to develop strategies for improving lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor and track partner performance against assigned targets and KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with channel partner agreements, policies, and guidelines.
- Provide timely support and resolution for partner-related queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal admissions and marketing teams for smooth partner operations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and productivity from partners.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in channel sales / partner management / education sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of education sector or admissions process (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
