We are looking for a highly analytical and driven intern to support demand forecasting and inventory planning for our fast-growing CPG portfolio. This role works closely with sales, supply chain, sourcing, and finance teams to ensure products are available on time while minimizing inventory risk and costs. The role requires strong data handling, business understanding, and cross-functional coordination.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
A. In-stock & availability management:
Ensure optimal online availability of assigned brands across key accounts
Support demand forecasting, customer ordering, and fulfillment planning
Coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure a timely product go-live
B. Execution & platform operations:
Configure offers and ensure compliance with platform requirements
Upload media assets, product content, and assortment details accurately
Maintain execution rigor across listings and promotions
C. Budgeting & financial hygiene:
Assist in forecasting and budgeting brand investments using data
Track collections, customer claims, and key financial metrics
Maintain financial discipline across assigned accounts
D. Negotiation & cross-functional collaboration:
Support negotiations with customers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Collaborate with shopper marketing, customer service, demand planning, business finance, and capability teams

A. Eligibility:
Graduate or master’s degree (any relevant discipline)
Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms is preferred
B. Required skills:
Strong analytical and data-handling ability
Comfort with web-based tools and platforms
Owner’s mindset with agility and accountability
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
C. Good to have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of inventory, demand planning, or online sales operations
