Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess clients' skills, interests, and goals.

1. Assist clients in creating resumes, preparing for interviews, and networking within their desired industry.

1. Collaborate with team members to develop workshops and seminars on career development topics.

1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market conditions to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.

1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards career goals.

1. Continuously seek feedback and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.
