The role involves counseling teachers and education professionals, understanding their upskilling needs, and guiding them to enroll in relevant training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counseling the qualify leads of Teachers, Trainers and education professionals regarding suitable upskilling training and certification programs
- Handle outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Can develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with senior counselors or team leaders for closures, if required.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
Requirements Eligibility & Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate, confident, aggressive, Sales Oriented and possess excellent communication and selling skills.
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in Teacher Training or Professional Development Programs for Educators (mandatory).
- Must have convincing and negotiation skills with B2C sales experience.
- Direct sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Team Leading experience is preferred.
