Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual, in-person, panel, or off-site) across multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless calendar alignment and timely communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing clear instructions, status updates, and interview-related information.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and interviewer availability.
- Manage interview logistics, including meeting coordination, video conferencing arrangements, interview room bookings, and travel arrangements where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate interview feedback collection and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of evaluation and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of interview coordination processes, templates, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives by delivering a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience aligned with the organization's values.
- Handle candidate communication with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
