As Campus Manager, you'll lead SeeYaa's college expansion strategy. You'll recruit and mentor Campus Ambassadors, build relationships with colleges and student clubs, organize campus activities, and make SeeYaa the most recognized activity platform among students. This role combines leadership, community building, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Campus Expansion
Build partnerships with colleges, universities, student clubs, entrepreneurship cells, NSS, NCC, cultural societies, and sports clubs
B. Campus Ambassador Program
Recruit Campus Ambassadors
Train Campus Ambassadors
Guide Campus Ambassadors
Support Campus Ambassadors
Evaluate Campus Ambassadors
Motivate 40-60 Campus Ambassadors
C. Student Engagement
Organize and support sports events
Organize and support networking meetups
Organize and support photography walks
Organize and support coding sessions
Organize and support movie nights
Organize and support music events
Organize and support cultural activities
Organize and support fitness challenges

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience leading college clubs, student organizations, or campus events
Prior experience in marketing, community building, student leadership, or related activities will be an added advantage
