Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Camp Coordinator - Optical Sales & Testing Executive. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating eye check-up camps in partnership with schools, communities, and other stakeholders. The Camp Coordinator will manage on-site operations, including patient registration, crowd management, and coordination with optometrists and other health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic eye screening and vision testing
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
• Explain lens types, coatings, and optical products
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain customer records and prescriptions
• Coordinate with doctors and optometrists
• Ensure proper display and handling of products
• Follow up with customers for delivery and feedback
• Support camp operations and reporting activities
• Travel for field activities and camps

Required

• Basic knowledge of optical products and vision testing
• Sales and customer counselling skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in field activities and travel
• Diploma / Certification in Optometry or relevant field preferred
• Energetic and target-oriented
• Strong customer handling and communication skills
• Comfortable with field work and travelling
• Good coordination and reporting ability

Qualifications
