Telecalling Specialist Admissions Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time About Himalayan GroupThe Himalayan Group is a leading educational institution committed to providing quality education and shaping future professionals. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Specialists to join our Admissions Team and help prospective students make informed decisions about their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents to provide information about academic programs, admissions, scholarships, and fee structures.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Counsel students regarding course options, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission-related meetings.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission conversion targets.
• Handle student queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions counselling, sales, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
