Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective and existing customers, sharing information about properties, project features, pricing, and availability. Responsibilities include answering queries, capturing and updating lead information in the CRM, and scheduling site visits or appointments for the sales team. The role also includes following up with leads, ensuring timely callbacks, and maintaining clear records of interactions. The Caller will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, gather customer feedback, and ensure that every interaction reflects the companys customer-first values. Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages relevant to the region.
- Customer service and telephone etiquette skills, with a professional, courteous, and patient approach.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Ability to organise and prioritise calls, manage time effectively, and follow up with leads consistently.
- Previous experience in real estate, telesales, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar and occasionally extend hours during peak business periods.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
