About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ABS-ESC calibration engineer to lead and support active safety and New Braking Systems activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on ABS-ESC calibration function, and customer-facing project execution.

In this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, project teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to drive, develop, calibrate & validate the control algorithms to meet customer, company & regulatory performance requirement and support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Testing, Performance Evaluation, Application and Calibration of control algorithms in Electronic Stability Control for Commercial Vehicles

- Understand and analyze customers’ performance & controller requirements.

- Experience with powertrain calibration & interfaces to ESC & AEB preferred

- Conduct Vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance per Bosch, Customer's and legal requirements.

- Troubleshooting in vehicle for hardware, software & DAQ during development.

- Interface with customers to provide technical support.

- Follow company development and quality processes.

- Support other group/departments in project acquisition and technical activities.

- Flexible mindset of working on Test Tracks across India.

B.E, M.Tech (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics).
