About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Diesel system Calibration Expert to lead and support vehicle calibration and calibration project management activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on diesel, CNG & alternative fuels, vehicle calibration.
In this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, sales project management teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to develop vehicles and support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Testing, Performance Evaluation, Application and Calibration of control algorithms in diesel engines for Off-Road and Large Engines.
- Understand and analyze customers’ performance & controller requirements.
- Experience with powertrain calibration like drivability, speed governing, engine protection functions, injection corrections & hot/cold startability.
- Conduct Vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance per Bosch, Customer's and legal requirements.
- Troubleshooting in vehicle for hardware, software development.
- Interface with customers to provide technical support.
- Follow company development and quality processes.
- Support sales PjM for new project acquisition and technical activities.
- Flexible mindset of working on field testing, off-road construction machinery.
