We are looking for highly motivated and creative CAD Design Engineering Interns to work on the design, development, and optimization of fixed-wing, VTOL, and multirotor UAVs. This internship provides hands-on experience in designing production-ready drone platforms from concept to prototype.
Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Design UAV airframes, mechanisms, and payload integration using SolidWorks/Fusion 360
Develop complete 3D assemblies and manufacturing drawings
Perform CFD analysis to optimize aerodynamic performance
Conduct structural analysis (FEA) for critical components
Design innovative mechanical solutions for UAV systems
Support prototype fabrication, assembly, and flight testing
Select suitable materials and manufacturing processes
Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision control
