We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (freshly qualified) to join as a Management Trainee (Finance). The trainee will be placed on a structured program across key Finance verticals, driving strategic projects, strengthening internal processes, and supporting business decision-making. This role is designed to build wellrounded finance professionals who can transition into a full-time role within the Finance team post successful completion of the program. Candidates who have qualified CA in the first attempt will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Project Rotations (Indicative Areas)The trainee will work on high-impact assignments across multiple finance functions, such as:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Support annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and forecasting cycles
Conduct variance analysis, spend analytics, and business performance reviews
Build management reports and dashboards for leadership
Controllership & Accounting
Assist in monthly/quarterly closure activities
Review GL reconciliations, provisions, and financial statements
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and internal controls
Costing & Plant Finance
Work on product costing, plant-level MIS, and cost optimization projects
Support inventory valuation, standard costing, and BOM reviews
Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Support GST filings, assessments, reconciliations
Assist in corporate tax calculations, audits, and regulatory updates
Treasury & Working Capital Management
Analyze cash flows, fund utilization, and working capital metrics
Assist in banking operations, investment decisions, and risk management
Internal Audit & Process Improvements
