Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. The Business Transformation Associate Manager supports and leads insurance-focused transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, compliance, customer outcomes, and cost-to-serve. The role focuses on defining transformation vision, assessing feasibility and capability gaps, and managing end to end transformation journeys that enable profitable and sustainable growth for insurance clients.
