This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. What are we looking for? • 8–15 years of overall experience in Order to Cash operations and transformation with deep domain knowledge across billing, collections, credit management, and cash application
- 3–5 years of experience managing large-scale O2C transformation projects, including process redesign, automation, and global standardization
- Experience working in shared service environments (BPO Provider or Captive)
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
