Summary1.Location: Delhi NCR 2.Hire Type: Full Time3.Grade/Level: 1-2 years of experience4.Joining Team: Sales Development Team5.Start: Immediate Description:We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Subscription Sales professional to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive subscription-based revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesThe role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include:Drive subscription sales and achieve monthly revenue targetsGenerate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networkingBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partnersConduct product/service presentations and explain subscription benefitsFollow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term subscribersEnsure high customer satisfaction and retentionMaintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updatesCoordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery Requirements:12 years of experience in subscription sales, B2C/B2B sales, or field salesStrong communication and negotiation skillsTarget-driven and self-motivated personalityFamiliarity with the Delhi NCR marketAbility to work independently and manage field operations efficientlyGraduate preferred Compensation:CTC: Upto 6,00,000 per annum
