Manage relationships and communication with students, parents, partners, consultants, and other stakeholders while ensuring timely query resolution and professional representation of the university.
Handle customer service enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience through effective follow-ups.
Support business development activities, including outreach, lead follow-ups, admissions coordination, partner management, and conversion of enquiries into applications and admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution, track deliverables, and prepare regular updates and reports.
Assist senior leadership and the Founder's Office with stakeholder communication, follow-ups, execution tracking, and maintaining accountability and confidentiality.
Note:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Candidates are required to work from the St. Mary's Rehabilitation University campus. Please apply only if you are comfortable relocating to Hyderabad and working from the office.
