Role DescriptionConduct product presentations and demo sessions for customers and stakeholders.Interact with clients and address product-related queries in a professional manner.Represent the company at events, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.Coordinate with Management/CEO regarding customer interactions and event-related activities.Share event updates, customer feedback, and market insights with internal teams.Support business engagement and brand visibility initiatives.Follow up with prospective clients/customers and maintain communication records.Assist in planning and executing promotional events to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
