Job Description

Business Process Analyst

Noida

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will gather and analyse our requirements, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to build informed decisions. You should have an understanding of business processes. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast paced, global environment is necessary .

You will report to the Team Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage purchase orders, ensuring delivery and compliance with specifications.

- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

- Execute order management activities like tracking of orders, expediting, cancellation, returns, requesting credit notes and contacting Vendors

- Coordinate with multiple teams across organisation for required updates, material delivery/availability, receipts, invoicing, and any further discrepancies if identified.

- Collaborate with partners to understand and document requirements for several projects across multiple regions.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that move our performance.

- Maintain process documentation, including requirement specifications, business process flows, and user manuals.

- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
