We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain management, inventory control, logistics coordination, vendor management, and operational planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assist in managing daily operational activities, including order tracking, inventory monitoring, and shipment coordination.
Support the smooth execution of supply chain processes to ensure the timely movement of goods and materials.
Monitor operational workflows and escalate issues that may impact delivery timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
Follow up on pending activities and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
Support procurement and vendor management activities as required.
Assist the Head of Department in tracking key operational tasks and action items.
Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and prepare summary notes and follow-up trackers.
Support operational planning and execution by ensuring the timely closure of assigned tasks.
Identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and process gaps.
Proactively escalate issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 300000/year
