Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-time supplier requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support suppliers during onboarding and assist in maintaining their product listings
- Ensure venue details are accurately and optimally displayed on the website
- Collaborate with regional coordinators to update product content, descriptions, calendars, images, and pricing
- Work with configuration teams to maintain real-time updates for product availability and venue sales
- Perform quality checks on product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Configure and manage product mapping between backend systems and the website
- Monitor availability of seasonal venues and support real-time inventory updates
