The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients, operations, technology, and internal product teams to define and deliver product capabilities that meet market, regulatory, and client needs. Drawing on strong domain knowledge, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities, the candidate will help shape the product roadmap, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with market practice, product strategy, and operational workflows.
The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to identify product enhancements, support the delivery of new features, and drive successful adoption of releases. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, performing impact analysis, validating proposed solutions, supporting user acceptance testing, and contributing to product strategy, release planning, and go-to-market readiness.
Key job functions include collaborating with development, QA, operations, implementation, and client delivery teams to support product definition, delivery, release readiness, and knowledge transfer in line with product governance and change management standards. Candidates should understand requirements management within the software development lifecycle and be able to gather and document requirements using user stories or use cases. They should also be comfortable working with tools such as JIRA or Confluence and have an understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with business process documentation, flowcharts, Microsoft Visio, and SQL will be beneficial.
Candidates should have strong working knowledge of Corporate Actions and broader Asset Servicing processes, along with experience in product analysis, business analysis, product ownership, or product management within a financial technology, securities services, or financial institution environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, self-motivation, and familiarity with back-office processing across capital markets and wealth are essential.
