This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners. What are we looking for? Training Delivery: Conduct new hire onboarding and recurrent training on domain, customer orientation, products/processes, and systems/tools. Deliver F&A domain training, cross-training, Excel process recaps, and blended learning (ILT & Virtual ILT). Deploy TTT programs as required. Design & Development: Identify training needs in consultation with departmental heads. Design curriculum, develop training modules, assessments, and content. Ensure all materials comply with organizational and statutory policies. Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with Capability Development Manager to create training and knowledge management plans. Manage logistics — venues, transport, equipment, and materials. Monitor, measure, and report on training outcomes within agreed timelines. Stakeholder Engagement & Growth: Stay current on skill and qualification requirements (client & internal); communicate updates to leadership. Engage with training vendors, attend conferences and seminars. Maintain continuous professional development in relevant domains.
