This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners. What are we looking for? Required Skills and Capabilities
- Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training design, and transition-led learning enablement.
- Practical experience in training delivery, knowledge transfer, and transition support within a team-based operating model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet defined timelines.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to support learner engagement and stakeholder coordination.
Domain Knowledge
- Working knowledge of insurance domain processes, including group pension, retirements
- Ability to apply domain understanding to training delivery, learner support, and transition enablement activities.
