As part of TD Bank, the Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and Insights (AI2) group supports internal business partners by providing valuable insights and analysis.
The TD Insurance – Business Intelligence (TDI BI) team, a part of the AI2 group, turns complex data into clear, actionable insights for our customer operations partners. We empower our business partners by creating dynamic dashboards, meaningful reports and on-demand analysis that drive strategic decisions across TD's contact centers.
We work collaboratively within AI2, partnering with teams in AI, Analytics and Data to deliver smarter, data-driven products and solutions. By combining deep operational knowledge with analytical expertise, we help shape more personalized, seamless experiences for our customers.

- Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses, with focus on understanding objectives and delivering insights for: (1) product design and development; (2) customer engagement; (3) account management; and (4) business decision making.
