This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding the function s needs and ensuring that implementation activities align with strategic objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across the business function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business function improvements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their development and integration within project activities.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and address challenges promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes effectively.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business function improvements.
