Business Finance Manager - Bengaluru Job Summary:Our client is looking for a Qualified CA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in FMCG or manufacturing setups to lead FP&A, MIS, and business finance functions. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to support growth. The role involves partnering with leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve operational efficiency. Location: VV Puram, South Bengaluru Designation: Business Finance Manager (FP&A) Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS reports with detailed analysis on sales, margins, costs, working capital and profitability
- Track actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights
- Build and monitor annual operating plans, budgets and rolling forecasts
- Support management with business dashboards and decision-making reports2. Budgeting & Business Performance
- Work closely with sales, operations and procurement teams to monitor business performance
- Identify key business trends, operational inefficiencies and profitability improvement opportunities
- Analyse SKU-wise, channel-wise and customer-wise profitability
- Monitor cash flows and ensure financial discipline across functions. Treasury & Working Capital Management
- Manage treasury operations including banking relationships, cash planning and fund utilization
- Track receivables, payables and inventory cycles to optimize working capital
- Support in managing vendor payments, credit cycles and liquidity planning4. SOPs & Process Building
- Design and implement SOPs across finance and operational processes
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure process compliance across departments
- Work with teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency5. Cost Optimization Initiatives
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, logistics and operations
- Analyse cost structures and identify areas for margin improvement
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall business profitability
