Are you passionate about business development and marketing? Swastik Steel Works is looking for a dynamic and driven intern to join our team. As a business development & marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and profitability.

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.

1. Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.

1. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and build relationships.

1. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

1. Prepare presentations, proposals, and other business development materials for client interactions.

1. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and coordinating with internal teams.

1. Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate client, lead, and sales activity information.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

1. Work towards achieving assigned business development and marketing targets through lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, and conversion support.

Stipend & Incentive Criteria: The selected intern will receive a fixed stipend of 2,000- 5,000 per month. In addition, performance-based incentives of 2,000- 5,000 per month may be earned based on measurable outcomes such as qualified leads generated, client meetings scheduled, proposals submitted, successful client conversions, and achievement of assigned business development targets. Incentives will be paid over and above the fixed monthly stipend.
