Business Development Manager This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The BDM will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales for Reelaxs influencer marketing services. Key tasks include engaging with prospective clients, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns, and achieving established sales targets. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities
- Mandatory Experience in Influencer Marketing Industry
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales deals
- Organizational and Time Management skills to efficiently manage multiple accounts and campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2- 3 years of relevant Sales/ BD experience
- Must have experience of working in influencer marketing agency setup
