We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the institution's brand presence. The role involves identifying new growth opportunities, developing relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and educational partners, and implementing strategies to increase student enrollments and institutional collaborations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to increase student admissions and revenue.Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates, and other organizations.Generate leads through educational fairs, seminars, workshops, digital campaigns, and networking events.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational consultants, and institutional partners.Conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, and campus outreach programs.Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to execute enrollment campaigns.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to identify new opportunities.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and maintain an updated CRM database.Represent the institution at education expos, conferences, and networking events.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.MBA or a postgraduate qualification is preferred.37 years of experience in business development, admissions, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong networking and relationship management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Key SkillsBusiness DevelopmentStudent Recruitment & AdmissionsRelationship ManagementLead GenerationSales & MarketingPresentation & CommunicationNegotiationStrategic PlanningMarket ResearchCRM ManagementThis role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about educational growth, relationship building, and expanding the institution's reach through effective business development and admissions strategies.
