CliniLaunch is seeking a highly motivated and results-team Lead in sales to lead and expand our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales leadership within the EdTech sector, demonstrating expertise in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining a strong average ticket size. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional results. Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to senior management.
Explore new market opportunities and identify potential for business growth.
Leverage a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape
Effectively communicate the value proposition of CliniLaunch EdTech's offerings to prospective clients.
Tailor sales approaches to resonate with the specific needs of educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and individual learners. Ticket Size
Develop strategies to maintain and increase the average ticket size through effective value selling and upselling/cross-selling techniques.

Implement and optimise sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Other requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of 6+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role within the EdTech industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the EdTech market, sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies within the education sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to sales management.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
