About the job
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online research.
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Nexiva AI Automation and DB Magic.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM tools.
- Conduct initial conversations with business owners, founders, CTOs, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the founder to improve outreach campaigns and conversion rates.
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales metrics.

Other requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English/Hindi communication.
- Freshers with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, SaaS sales, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Target-driven mindset with willingness to earn incentives.
