About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our business by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through various channelsReach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platformsUnderstand client requirements and propose suitable solutionsSchedule meetings and give product/service presentationsMaintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-upsBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsNegotiate and close deals to achieve sales targetsCollaborate with marketing and technical teamsRequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of sales and business developmentAbility to handle client conversations confidentlyGood negotiation and persuasion skillsSelf-motivated and target-orientedBasic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
