At Unico International Private Limited, we are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our Interior Design Department. This is a highly target-driven role ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive Interior Design Division. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential clients through telecalling, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads into successful projects. Candidates will be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating with the design team, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a performance-driven roles with attractive incentives for every successful conversion.
Key Responsibilities
For All Candidates
*Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and other business development activities *Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects *Explain company services and schedule client meetings *Maintain client databases and sales records *Build and maintain strong client relationships *Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets *Coordinate with the design team for project requirements *Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Additional Responsibilities for Male Candidates
*Conduct field visits and site visits regularly *Collect details of ongoing and completed construction projects *Identify potential business opportunities from construction sites *Submit site visit reports and generated leads Achieve assigned field sales and lead generation targets
Qualifications
*06 months of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service (Freshers can apply) *Good communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and in person *Ability to work in a target-based environment Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage *Strong negotiation and persuasion skills *Positive attitude and willingness to learn
