About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential business customers across Bengaluru, including manufacturers, educational institutions, distributors, retail businesses, healthcare organizations, and service companies.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and local market research.
- Schedule product demonstrations and business meetings for the senior sales and consulting team.
- Explain Mithtech's ERP, CRM, HRMS, automation, and digital transformation solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, directors, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct competitor research and provide market intelligence to management.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the implementation and consulting teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Represent the company professionally at client locations, industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
