We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our regional and national growth. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, and onboard businesses looking to strengthen their digital presence. The focus will be on localized market penetration in Lucknow (field/hybrid) while simultaneously expanding the client base across India through inside sales.
This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, social media, performance marketing), and a proven ability to close B2B deals in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Generation & Local Prospecting
Identify and map key business hubs in Lucknow, such as Hazratganj, Gomti Nagar, Aliganj, and Transport Nagar, to target MSMEs, retail brands, healthcare providers, and real estate developers.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India.
Build and maintain a structured CRM pipeline, tracking all leads from first contact to closure.
B. Client Acquisition & Pitching
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand the client's business needs and digital marketing challenges.
Present customized digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, and lead generation services.
Conduct in-person meetings for high-value clients in Lucknow and virtual presentations for clients across India.
C. Negotiation & Closing
Handle objections confidently, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition. Prior experience in digital marketing or IT services is highly preferred.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Lucknow business ecosystem and Indian B2B buyer behavior.
Digital Literacy: Ability to clearly explain the ROI of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for corporate communication and fluent Hindi for local client interactions in Lucknow.
Ownership: Self-driven mindset with willingness to travel locally within Lucknow when required.
