This business development executive (CASA) role is with a leading private sector bank in India, offering hands-on experience in customer acquisition and relationship management. The role involves extensive travelling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for savings and current accounts (CASA)
- Promote PG products (life insurance/general insurance/mutual fund/retail asset products/online trading)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with KYC and banking guidelines
- Reach out to High Net-worth Individuals
Salary: 16,000 - 18,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.

Other requirements
- Open to graduates from any discipline
- Should be aged below 28 years
- Must have a valid driving license (DL) or learner’s license
