We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified demos with Account Executives (AEs) to drive revenue growth. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects and play a key role in building and maintaining the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and engage potential customers by understanding their business needs and pain points.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure that only high-potential prospects are passed on to Account Executives.
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect information in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Handle initial objections and guide prospects toward booking a demo.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Strong experience in Business Development Representative (BDR) or Inside Sales roles.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, including at least 6 months of experience selling complex or technical B2B SaaS products.
Proven experience prospecting or selling into the US/North American market.
Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling demos with Account Executives.
Proficiency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS companies is mandatory. Candidates from SDR agencies, IT services, staffing firms, demand generation agencies, FinTech, Healthcare SaaS, EdTech, or automated calling software companies will not be considered.
This is a pure individual contributor role; candidates with team management responsibilities will not be considered.
Compensation includes a 10% performance-based variable component.
Fully remote role with a 5-day work week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with sales frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.
Experience with multi-channel outreach tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo Sequences.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
