The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for IT services and enterprise solutions. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and the ability to understand customer requirements and align them with company offerings. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT and consulting solutions. Promote company services including ERP solutions, AI automation, payroll systems, software development, and enterprise consulting. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients. Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports. Collaborate with technical and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client engagement and project delivery. Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
